Job Description Overview

CIMA+ is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead institutional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead institutional projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals that meet their requirements
  3. Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff, to ensure effective project execution
  4. Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  7. Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
