Senior Operations Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing operating plans to support our business objectives and leveraging financial reports to conduct portfolio-wide evaluations of businesses and verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of our strategy by developing and implementing operating plans that align with our business objectives.
- Leverage financial reports to conduct portfolio-wide evaluations of businesses and verticals, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Identify and capitalize on revenue and cost-savings opportunities related to products and product teams.
- Deeply analyze and optimize organizational effectiveness, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our business strategy.
- Partner with diverse and independent organizations to help level-up their operational acumen.
- Help define the product development process and its governance, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of operational leadership experience on projects of significant size, including large distributed and collocated teams, multi-year schedules, etc.
- Concrete knowledge of mobile game development, from incubation through live service operation, acquired through hands-on experience.
- Intimate knowledge of the free-to-play business model and live service dynamics, including UA data pipelines, content pacing, event management, etc.
- Experience coordinating external partners and licensors toward a commercial release.
