Job Title: Rubber Materials Splicer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Rubber Materials Splicer to join our team at Viacore Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and monitoring product quality, training or assisting in the training of other workers, and operating machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and monitor product quality
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Maintain accurate records

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The successful candidate will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential for this role.
