Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Allegiance Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our cleaning service company, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Debris and Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Work Environment: Work in a variety of settings, including offices, schools, and other commercial properties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
