At Coast Canmore Hotel and Conference Centre, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train new staff members in their job duties, as well as our health and safety procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
