We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team at Dapper Labs, where we are pioneering the intersection of blockchain and gaming.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance backend systems that power our flagship projects, including Disney Pinnacle, NBA Top Shot, and NFL All Day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement monitoring and optimization strategies to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and backend processes.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend teams and other technical units to design cohesive and integrated solutions.
  • Tackle complex technical issues and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure the highest level of performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.
  • Manage database interactions and data flow within the server environment.
  • Utilize source control tools such as Git for versioning and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with backend development, with a focus on server-side languages such as GoLang or NodeJS.
