At Moores, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leadership and Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for partnering with the Store Manager to lead the store team in achieving sales performance expectations through active coaching, development of a selling environment, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of retail or sales experience and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also be self-motivated, results-oriented, and have strong organizational and leadership skills.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to set clear performance expectations, ensure store staff are trained in sales, customer service, and operations, and model company values by leading by example as an active coach. You'll also communicate priorities and sales-driving information effectively to ensure store staff is equipped to maximize business opportunities.

The estimated salary for this role is $25.38-$33.60 per hour based on market location. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. The salary range may be subject to prevailing wage laws if applicable.

Requirements:
