About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our mission to deliver exceptional services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Azure services, to extend the administrative, governance, and hygiene capabilities of the Power Platform.
  • Deliver detailed documentation of solution design, configuration, and customization specifications to ensure seamless integration.
  • Exercise creative problem-solving skills when performing end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and end-user support to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the Center of Excellence by staying up-to-date on the Power Platform and contributing to efforts to document and promote best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a financial institution or regulated industry.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in developing and deploying solutions with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, or Dynamics.
  • A deep understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Strong development and integration skills of Azure Services.
  • Experience with web application development using.Net, C#, React, and TypeScript.
  • Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and enjoyment in solving problems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
