About This Role
  • Job Summary:
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Estimate costs, plan schedules, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
  • Supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide feedback.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in carpentry, construction management, or a related field.
