About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Counter Attendant at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and package food and beverages to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
