At Onico Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team in downtown Montreal, ON.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of resolving technical issues with timely responses to telephone calls and email requests. This includes providing desk-side support and working closely with IT personnel to resolve events and AV boardroom support.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to monitor service desk phone and ticket management queues, respond to all requests in a professional manner, and document support requests using Service Now.
The successful candidate will also have experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite Products, as well as working knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess fluency in both French and English and at least three years of experience as a technical support analyst.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000.00 plus benefits and bonus.
