Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Hardcastle Formwork Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction process by loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials as needed.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure a sturdy and secure structure.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a smooth and even surface.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to create a durable and long-lasting surface.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work site.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Manual dexterity to operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
