Job Overview:

Voyago is a leading provider of mobility solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a Signing Authority / Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for training and teaching employees how to drive company-owned vehicles safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and assess new drivers to ensure they meet the company's safety standards
  • Develop and maintain high-quality driving skills among existing drivers
  • Conduct regular driving assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of driver performance and provide coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective training programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or training capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
  • Certifications and licenses required for the position (e.g., B license)
