Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing mail and packages, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Mail and Package Processing: Sort, process, and deliver mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed.
