Job Summary

The Technician IV – Electrician is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain facility systems, including electrical equipment and mechanical systems
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of facility systems to identify potential issues
  • Respond to service requests and perform repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid Certificate of Qualification in electrical trade
  • 3-5 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance
  • High school diploma plus trades training and certification
  • Advanced ability to adhere to and execute processes and practices related to facility operations and maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills
  • Current knowledge of fire, life, safety, and building codes and standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Building Systems Maintenance Certificate (SMC)
  • Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA)
  • Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT)
