Job Title: Project Lead Buyer

At Beiersdorf, we strive to create a culture of innovation and excellence. As a Project Lead Buyer, you will play a crucial role in driving our procurement strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project-specific procurement strategies for assigned CAPEX categories within the project investment.
  • Coordinate procurement relevant WoW with regard to processes, guidelines, and project timeline.
  • Accountable for tendering, negotiation, awarding, and contract handling for local investment demands within certain thresholds.
  • Coordinating role in change order, contract, and claim management.
  • Responsible for compliance with Procurement standards, methods, and processes, stakeholder management, and sustainable interface towards demand owner and Procurement community.
Requirements:
  • Academic education degree and several years of professional experience in Procurement for investments, technical projects, or Indirects.
  • Solid background in CAPEX business as well as contract and claim management welcome.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects and international supplier relations.
  • Strong communication skills across all hierarchies for effective and efficient functional project steering in a matrix organization.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C-/P2P-processes.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese mandatory, additional language skill welcome.
  • Self-confident appearance, proactive working method, and pragmatic, cost-conscious, creative, result-driven mindset.
