We're seeking an experienced Risk & Control Examination Specialist to join our Technology Control Office (TCO) team at TD. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management programs.

Job Overview:

The TCO team is responsible for governance and oversight of all aspects related to Technology Risk. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that we're identifying, understanding, and mitigating risks effectively.

  1. You'll govern and oversee all technology risk domains to ensure risks are identified, understood, remediated, or managed.
  2. You'll oversee and facilitate audit, regulatory and various TS examination processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the execution of the annual SOX audit program.
  • Managing a team of seasoned audit professionals.
  • Acting as a challenger to risk partners and audit teams.

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
