We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Millwork Assembly Team Lead to join our team at Timberich Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the millwork assembly process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet production deadlines.
  • Train or arrange for training of production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Oversee the safety of operations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Set up machines and equipment to optimize production efficiency.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
Personal Suitability:
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Permanent employment with a regular full-time schedule (35 hours per week).
  • English language proficiency as the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An estimated annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location.
