About Us
AirPro manages all Integrated Support Services (ISS) activities—encompassing engineering, logistics, maintenance, IT systems, infrastructure, and material support—throughout the entire product lifecycle. Our dedicated team ensures that Canada's state-of-the-art search and rescue aircraft are always mission-ready, performing at their peak when it matters most.

Your Role
In this position, you'll be responsible for analyzing operational data, ensuring timely distribution and accuracy of raw data, and developing business presentations for management and clients. You will also assist in identifying areas of improvement and providing strategies to resolve them, as well as propose new methods and technologies to improve operational dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate operation dashboard encompassing contractual KPI and sub KPIs.
  • Assist the Support system leads in developing and reporting sub KPI's.
  • Support the identification of areas of improvements and concerns in operational business areas and provide strategies to resolve them.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in preparing reports from Project Management applications.
  • Experience with Power BI is considered a strong asset.
