Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance services. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and analyzing processes to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering parts, and receiving shipments to ensure timely service support.
- Partner with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations and Outside RO Management teams to foster collaboration.
- Perform process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Support the branch financial manager by providing guidance and information to contribute to branch performance and profitability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
