Financial Reporting Manager

Taseko Mines Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis, and consolidation support to our external and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial reports, including consolidated financial statements, management's discussion and analysis (MD&A), and annual reports
- Research and analyze complex accounting issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage the preparation and review of detailed working papers supporting monthly and quarterly financial close
- Review and reconcile cash sheets, bank statements, and other financial documents
- Liaise with mine site controllers and teams in Canada and the U.S. on various site-related accounting matters
- Coordinate and support the quarterly review and year-end audit processes with our external auditor
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive finance experience with a focus on financial reporting and analysis
- Extensive IFRS financial reporting experience with technical proficiency in complex topic areas
- Mining or natural resource industry experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years in public practice, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm
