The Technical Systems Integration Specialist will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and enhancing our critical ERP System, SAMenu. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:
  • Technical Administration & Support: Manage and administer the SAMenu Application and Oracle DB landscape, ensuring seamless integration with various applications.
  • Incident Response: Monitor, detect, analyze, and resolve SAMenu issues, defects, and outages, continuously improving proactive incident management processes.
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotation to perform operational and administrative tasks outside regular working hours.
  • Specification Approval: Assess and approve specifications prepared by the Business Analysis team to address issues and develop change or enhancement requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with management teams and business analysts to prioritize, plan, and coordinate SAMenu development tasks, driving innovation and growth across the enterprise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with the SW Architect, Enterprise Architect, and other DB&App Administrators to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization of SAMenu Application and DB landscape.
  • Deployment: Approve and deploy developed solutions on production, oversee monthly freeze periods, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in SAMenu development, database design, and PLSQL programming
  • Advanced knowledge of database standards, data modeling, and Oracle Databases hosted on AWS
  • Familiarity with MS Visual Studio, GIT, Azure DevOps Server, and version control systems
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a team player attitude
  • Excellent time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of accountability and independent judgment
