Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at One37id. As a key member of our analytical group, you will play a critical role in extracting actionable insights from complex data sets, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Extract insights from large, complex data sets, using tools like SQL/R/SAS/JMP to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow from source to destination.
• Cleanse and prepare unstructured data for analysis, applying best practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement change.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with program managers and analysts to identify business needs and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science experience.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages, preferably including R and statistical packages.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
• Experience working with database technologies, data warehousing, transformation, and processing, as well as text analytics, data mining, and social media analytics.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques like Logistic Regression, Classification models, Cluster Analysis, Neural Networks, Random Forests, Ensembles, etc.
