We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Assembly Line Production Worker to join our team at SPECIALTY WIRE & CABLE INC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transporting materials and equipment - You will be responsible for safely transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing delays.
  • Sorting and packaging - You will be responsible for sorting, packing, and crate materials and products, ensuring they are properly packaged and ready for shipping.
  • Cleaning and maintenance - You will be responsible for cleaning machines and immediate work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Team player - As a team player, you will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • No experience required - We will provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • No degree or certification required - We value hard work and a willingness to learn over formal education or certification.
  • Steel-toed safety boots - You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots to ensure your safety while working on the manufacturing floor.

Work environment:

  • Noisy work environment - You will be working in a noisy environment, so you must be able to wear hearing protection and communicate effectively with your team.
  • Fast-paced environment - You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

Work hours: 30-40 hours per week
