About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Shade Installation Specialist to join our team at Lakeview Blinds & Shades Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of window shades and treatments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup: Install window shades and treatments in various locations, including residential and commercial settings.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the installation process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve installation goals and deadlines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure efficient installation processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work at heights and in various locations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism in customer service and teamwork.
  • Accuracy: Ensure accurate installation and setup of window shades and treatments.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and achieving installation goals.
Language and Work Schedule
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
