At Danma Kitchen Cabinets Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing purchasing policies and procedures that align with the company's goals. They will oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services, authorizing the development of specifications for products or services as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Purchasing Policy Implementation: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures that ensure effective procurement practices.
  • Evaluation and Quality Control: Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
  • Specification Development: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, ensuring they meet the company's requirements.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and driving revenue growth.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Daily Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.Requirements and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the kitchen cabinet industry.
