Project Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Risk Engineer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Body Decal Engineering team, you will play a critical role in developing safety, compliance, and aesthetic warning decals for all our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the development of decal solutions for all products and project types, including new products and improvements to existing products.
- Identify and assess risks associated with wear, production processes, number of colors, information to be mentioned on decals, vehicle use, and exposure to outdoor elements.
- Develop performance criteria, establish validation plans, and ensure their execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, engineering teams, design, purchasing, certification, and vehicle safety teams, production, marketing, quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, and workshops.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- General knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, plastics, paints).
- Project management skills.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of the Office Suite.
