- Instruct students in a classroom setting and provide academic support.
- Design and implement teaching materials, class activities, and assessments for international adult learners.
- Ensure students meet learning outcomes as designated in course outlines.
- Prepare and maintain course-related records, including evaluations and attendance records.
- Foster a creative and positive learning environment that promotes meaningful learning for international students.
- Previous English as a Second Language (ESL) instructional experience and TESL certification are considered an asset.
- Demonstrated technical, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated intercultural awareness and cultural empathy.
