At Collage HR, we're revolutionizing the way businesses manage their revenue by connecting data from every facet of their operations. We're seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to join our team and help us build innovative internal products that enable our teams to scale automation, creating seamless UXs to aid engineering debugging and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a full-stack group of engineers to develop solutions that meet our sellers' challenges
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to your team in the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements to our platform
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and project & test planning
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
  • Create implementation plans from requirements and designs
  • Be responsible for API design, implementation, automated testing, and roll out
  • Write concise, well-organized code and sensible tests
  • Be responsible for the implementation of larger scale technology initiatives within the organization
  • Delegate work and monitor developers' efficacy to ensure platform implementation goals
  • Measure and report on the throughput of software development teams

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience (or additional academic experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with automated deployment pipeline configuration, operations, and cloud-based dev ops services strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Net and Java Script
  • Previous experience managing projects from beginning to end
  • Experience with E2E, unit, and load testing strongly preferred
  • A desire to build beautiful, intuitive, and well-structured web applications and service-oriented APIs
