Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You must be able to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
