Indigenous Education Enhancement Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Indigenous Education Enhancement Worker to join our team at School District #39 (Vancouver). This full-time and part-time (0.6FTE-3 days/week) position is available for candidates of Aboriginal ancestry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of Indigenous education initiatives
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance Indigenous student outcomes
- Provide cultural support and guidance to students and staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous community partners
Requirements:
- Must identify as First Nations, Metis, Inuit, or Non-Status
- Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and histories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
