Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Burger Factory is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Food Service Staff: Train and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage Inventory: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
