Chief Financial Strategist

About the Role
Siemens Energy is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to join our team in Trois-Rivières, Quebec. As a key member of our Distribution Transformer Cluster, you will be responsible for leading financial steering and control across all commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with global objectives
- Lead business performance analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
- Manage commercial topics, including contract management, bid calculations, and productivity optimization
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business goals and objectives

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) with 8+ years of experience in product/manufacturing or similar environments
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with expertise in strategic planning and process optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong presentation and communication abilities
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office
