Job Title: Clean-up Crew Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clean-up Crew Worker to join our team at Peace Janitorial Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Clean-up Crew Worker will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Work in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Work in a variety of environments, including offices, hospitals, and other facilities
