Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic administrative professional for a client in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using digital tools and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary package, including annual bonuses and benefits such as two weeks of vacation in the summer and two weeks at Christmas. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to noon.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing emails, and ensuring efficient and professional follow-ups. They will use digital tools such as DocuSign for electronic signatures and handle related administrative tasks. Additionally, they will communicate with companies for sales, follow up on contracts, and ensure their proper execution. They will also track financial transactions and data entry using specialized software such as Kronos and Equisoft.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of administrative experience in an insurance company or brokerage office. You must be proficient in Word and Excel, and an active Life Insurance, Group Insurance, or Mutual Funds Broker license is a strong asset. French is required, while English is an asset for communication with certain partner companies and handling administrative documents in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
