About the Role
As a Sales Floor Associate at Savers / Value Village, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are committed to upholding our company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
