At DFI Steel Piling, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HSE Training Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating new hire onboarding training, scheduling ongoing safety training programs, and updating existing training to incorporate new trends and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate new hire onboarding training
  • Accurately upload and file completed training certifications
  • Work closely with logistics, field trainers, HR, and hiring managers to ensure information is provided to stakeholders
  • Schedule requested ongoing safety training programs

You will also be responsible for maintaining a list of preferred vendors meeting DFI training standards, collaborating with subject matter experts in creating training programs, and managing third-party contractor management systems. Additionally, you will participate in office-related safety activities, administer SDS management systems, and maintain, analyze, and report HSE/Fleet Safety metrics.

Requirements
  • Experience in the administration of safety or training systems is an asset
  • Health and Safety Administrator certificate is an asset
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and analysis skills
  • Effective time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and mobile applications
