Headhunting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Transport Gaston Nadeau inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring that we find the best candidates for our open positions.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment and human resources, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be proficient in using various software applications, including electronic mail, database software, data analysis software, human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail. The successful candidate will also have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards.
