Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bekar & Sons Contracting. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of our store and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize store operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train our staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that our store is operating within budget.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess the needs of our store and determine the necessary staffing levels to ensure that we can meet customer demand.
- Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff and/or Volunteers: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure that our store has the necessary personnel to operate effectively.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and train our office and volunteer staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
