Job Summary

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at the Women's College Health Research site. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents, while maintaining a professional composure in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Write clear and concise reports, and communicate concerns to the Operations Manager.
  • Implement security measures to protect property, control access, and patrol assigned areas.
  • Meet the requirements for a valid Security Guard license, First Aid & CPR – Level C, and Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and By-laws.
