Beauty Trainee

At Regis Canada, we are committed to helping you succeed in your career as a stylist. Our Stylist in Training program is designed for individuals who have completed an accredited cosmetology program and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic salon environment.

This temporary 90-day position provides the opportunity to learn the business of styling while delivering exceptional customer service across all channels of communication. As a stylist-in-training, you will work closely with experienced stylists and managers to develop your skills and knowledge in the following areas:

• Lifting stock and assisting in unloading monthly shipments of products (up to 10-25 lbs.)
• Providing excellent customer service and answering phone calls
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

You may be eligible for promotion to the stylist position once you receive your license. However, this is not automatically guaranteed and requires you to apply for the stylist position at Supercuts and meet the necessary qualifications.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited cosmetology school
• Possess a valid applicable license in your state of employment
• Demonstrate strong judgement and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
• Basic math skills and ability to read and write
• Availability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions
