We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our store team and contribute to the success of Pantorama 1850. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all store operations run smoothly, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also participate in visual merchandising, recruitment, training, and development initiatives to drive business growth and improve team performance.

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales objectives and meet customer needs
• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and attract customers
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage store operations, including inventory, stockroom, and cash handling
• Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive business growth

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales management or equivalent
• 6 months of experience in sales management or equivalent
• Bilingualism, an asset
• 40 hours per week, flexible schedule
