Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Kubernetes clusters in production and development environments.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and secure Kubernetes clusters for our EA games
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and ensure smooth delivery of our products
  • Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and microservices, ensuring seamless integration with our infrastructure
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications, ensuring high availability and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Kubernetes and DevOps, applying this knowledge to improve our infrastructure and processes
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with public cloud services, particularly AWS and GCP
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes, with a strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster management and orchestration, as well as proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Go
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and their Kubernetes services, as well as familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
