Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tri Pac Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that team members are meeting our high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for team members, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
