Master Roofer Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Master Roofer Craftsman to join our team at Flynn Canada Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on various commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong physical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
• Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
• Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
• Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
• Instruct apprentices
• Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools

• 1-2 years of experience in roofing
• Strong physical abilities, including lifting heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work at heights
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
