About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at Hala Motors. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create visually appealing and functional website designs, and develop the necessary code to bring them to life.
  • Technical Requirements: Determine the hardware and software requirements to ensure optimal server performance and develop website architecture that meets our business needs.
  • Content Creation: Develop and optimize content for our website using a variety of graphics, databases, animation, and other software.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Conduct thorough testing and perform security and quality controls to ensure our website meets the highest standards.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure our website is user-friendly and meets the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in web development.
  • Work Setting: Private company, corporation, or industry.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and sitting.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, initiative, organized, flexibility, innovation, analytical, and proactive.
