Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing testing solutions to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement testing strategies and solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software meets requirements
  • Identify and report defects and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
