As a Senior ROV Pilot Technician, you will be responsible for the proper performance of all tasks assigned to you by the Operational ROV Supervisor during the operation, maintenance, repair, and preparations of the ROV.

You will adhere to the DOF Subsea Personal Record of Competence and ensure that the proper internal and external Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment requirements are implemented during tasks.

Familiarization and debriefing sessions prior to mobilization and demobilization will be conducted, and you will participate in projects and complete tasks under separate functional description.

You will be familiar with the ROV system and operate and maintain it in accordance with procedures and standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

\u2022 5-7 years of previous experience with work class ROV systems

\u2022 Post-secondary education with a primary focus in ROV, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanic, or equivalent/related experience or training

\u2022 Working knowledge of Technical Specifications and Standards within the Oil and Gas Industry

\u2022 Schilling/XLX experience considered an asset

\u2022 Level of technical knowledge in computer and electronic interfacing

\u2022 Experience with technical testing and troubleshooting

\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word/Excel/PowerPoint

\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure

\u2022 Excellent communicator including language proficiency (reading/writing)

\u2022 Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
