We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Watson Clinic. As a LPN Specialist Float, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate patient needs through telephone triage, administering medication as prescribed by physicians, and documenting patient information in medical records.
- Provide patient education and instruction on various health topics, recognizing and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Facilitate the flow of patients to maintain the integrity of the physician's office, adhering to Clinical Services policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing with active Florida license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience or training in a medical healthcare facility as a Licensed Practical Nurse, with a preference for experience in primary care settings.
- Current BLS certification or completion within three months of employment.
Sign-on Bonus: A one-time sign-on bonus of $500.00 will be paid in full after passing the probationary period, with a one-year commitment required. This opportunity is available to new employees only.
