Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
